“You don’t need to see the whole staircase, just take the first step” - Martin Luther King Jnr

How It Works

Sessions are conversational with some structured models and sometimes challenging questions. We explore where you are now, what feels unclear, and what you would like to change. We look at decisions you are facing and patterns that may be holding you back. The focus remains practical. Insight matters, but progress comes from applying it in an effective way. Sessions are held on Zoom and last around sixty minutes. We agree together how often to meet, depending on your circumstances. Everything discussed is confidential. Between sessions, you may reflect on agreed questions or take specific steps. There is no pressure for dramatic change; steady progress is usually more effective.

Getting Started

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or crisis support. It does not replace medical or mental health treatment. If specialist support is needed, that will be discussed openly. Coaching works best when you are ready to reflect honestly and take responsibility for change. If you make contact, we begin with a short introductory conversation. This allows you to explain what you are looking for and to ask questions about the process. If we agree to continue, we arrange an initial session and outline a simple agreement covering expectations and fees. We review progress regularly rather than committing to something long-term at the outset. If that feels relevant to you, you are welcome to get in touch and we can set up an initial enquiry meeting that’s free of charge and explore your options.
