Executive Coaching

Executive coaching provides structured, confidential support for leaders, small business owners, and professionals people who want to perform at their best.

What It Is

Like life coaching, it can be described as getting people out of their own way. The focus, however, is the business or management context. Through a series of conversations, it offers space to think clearly, make better decisions, and lead with greater confidence and effectiveness. It’s not about telling you want to do, it’s about helping you get the best from your own expertise and resources. Thinking clearly helps you navigate challenges with more clarity. People often seek executive coaching when stepping into senior roles, preparing for promotion, managing organisational change, or simply wanting a trusted space to reflect. It is not about fixing weaknesses but strengthening capability and decision-making.

How It Works

Sessions are structured, outcome-focused, and usually last around an hour on Zoom, Google Meet, or in person if possible. Everything discussed is confidential, we’ll explore challenges faced, decision-making, and future priorities. The aim is to identify practical ways to improve your impact while building flexibility, resilience and confidence. We’ll agree frequency of our meetings and some targets so progress can be reviewed regularly. Coaching works best when insight is translated into action, rather than remaining purely theoretical. Between sessions, you will be given some things to consider and try out to create more flexibility and potential choices.

Getting Started

When you get in touch, we’ll arrange a short introductory conversation free of charge. This allows you to explain what you are looking for and to ask questions about the process. If we agree to continue, we arrange an initial session and outline a simple agreement covering expectations and fees. We’ll agree the scope, number of sessions, practical arrangements, and measures of progress. Coaching is flexible and reviewed regularly, there is no long-term commitment at the outset. If that feels relevant to you, you are welcome to get in touch and we can set up an initial enquiry meeting that’s free of charge and explore your options.
